What does a typical day at your office look like?

Everyone starts their day at different times. Some come in at 8:00, others at 9:30. When everyone is in, we do a morning huddle where everyone shares a bit of good news and their priorities of the day. Around noon we are off to lunch, on Tuesdays we always lunch with everyone together. In between helping clients and doing our daily tasks we have a fierce pingpong competition going on. At the end of the day we relax with a drink and a snack.

How did the company get started?

Our company started organically in a way. We grew from another hosting company called VIP Internet. Which provides all kinds of services like domain registration, email hosting and regular web hosting. There we saw an increasing amount of websites being made with WordPress and we realized there was a need for a specialist. We decided we would focus soleley on delivering the best hosting and costumer service possible, exclusively for WordPress. Since then, WordPress has gained great popularity and we have been able to help more and more clients getting the best performance out of their WordPress websites.

How does WordPress benefit your company?

WordPress is the core of Savvii. Without WordPress, we would not have a reason to exist. That’s the reason why we are committed to helping the WordPress community and giving back as much as we receive.

It’s no real secret, but our biggest asset are our people. The men and women who work at Savvii and believe in the quality of our products and services. They are the ones making it work, going the extra mile for our clients and keeping on thinking of ways we can improve.
